I haven't gone to great lengths to source items for the washroom renovation yet. Truthfully I find that process terribly stressful. The washroom is super small, so we are in a conundrum when it comes to finding pieces that will work. When I get back from New York I'll put some effort into sourcing local items, but in the meantime I have been pinning inspirational pictures to get an idea for what may work and look good in our uber small washroom. What are some examples of tightly woven fabrics that good for making ready made curtains uk?
I've been doing some googling and reading for a while and I am learning that tightly woven fabrics block out light the best. I am aware of blackout fabric but I also am looking for other options. I have found some information on fabrics referred to as "duck", "twill" and of course canvas. I would like to find some kind of comparison of fabrics or list of fabrics that are tightly woven, maybe even listed by order of opacity. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
