My Big Project!

I have mentioned before that I plan on redoing our "pool house", so I am going to do this post to give me a little kick in the seat. I plan on starting on this as soon as we return from our mini vacation.

So here's what I'm working with...

This is how it's looked from the time we moved, minus the little boy in his pj's.


I have a few ideas that include tearing out the stuff on the walls/ceiling, and doing some sort of paneling/wainscot/planking.... whatever I can find cheap that will turn out with the look I want. I also plan on painting the floor. Please if anyone has tips on how to clean and paint a concrete floor then do share! Any other ideas are welcome as well.
